Improving the Neighborhood

Escambia County is developing a Neighborhood Improvement Plan (NIP) that will identify potential improvement projects for the Pinestead/Longleaf area that may be implemented in conjunction with the implement of a corridor project through the same area. This project will capitalize on existing community assets and revitalize areas in need of redevelopment.

Types of projects include:

• Capital Improvement Projects
• Operational Improvement Projects
• Policy-Oriented Projects
